If you’ve ever downloaded a planner or tracker and thought, “This looks great… but will I actually use it?”—you’re not alone.
I don’t create trackers just to make them look pretty in a shop. I create them because I actually need them. And I use them every single day in real life. In fact, I usually end up creating a tracker for a need that I actually have, and oftentimes, others need it, too.
Here’s exactly how my trackers fit into my daily routine—and why they’ve replaced sticky notes, random notebooks, and that one scrap of paper I swear I’ll remember later (spoiler: I never do).
Why I Chose Digital Trackers (Without Giving Up Writing)
I love digital tools—but I also love the act of writing things down. Typing doesn’t stick in my brain the same way.
That’s why I use my trackers on my reMarkable 2 tablet.
It gives me the best of both worlds:
The feel of handwriting
The simplicity of digital
Zero paper clutter
No binders, folders, or “where did I put that?” moments
Everything lives in one place, neatly organized, always with me.
The Trackers I Use in My Everyday Life
These aren’t “aspirational” trackers. These are the ones I actually open and use.
Health & Wellness Trackers
Life is busy, and I like my health data simple and visible.
I personally track:
Daily steps
Weight
Blood pressure readings
Blood sugar readings
Medication tracking
Having these in one place helps me spot patterns quickly—without flipping through notebooks or apps that don’t talk to each other. And it's easy to bring my tablet with me when I go to the doctor to show him my readings.
Business & Income Trackers
If you sell digital products or run an online business, tracking matters. Not in an obsessive way—but in a clarity way.
I track:
Digital product sales
Affiliate income
General sales totals
Business mileage
This helps me see what’s working (and not working), stay motivated and track income without spreadsheets taking over my life... (spreadsheets are great… until they start feeling like homework.)
Life Admin Trackers (The Unsung Heroes)
These are the trackers that quietly save my sanity.
I use password trackers and general reference trackers. Because resetting passwords 47 times a year is not a personality trait—it’s just annoying. And trying to remember required 15-character passwords that include a capital, a number, a special character, etc is too hard.
Why I Stick With These Trackers
Here’s the real reason these work for me: they’re simple, they’re focused, they don’t try to do everything and they fit into real life—not a “perfect” routine. I don’t need a 90-page planner to track one habit. I need tools that work when life is busy, messy, and real.
How I Use Them Day-to-Day
I open my reMarkable tablet daily—sometimes for business, sometimes for health, sometimes just to jot things down. I flip to the tracker I need, write, close it, and move on. No paper piles. No lost notebooks. No “I’ll track it later” guilt. Just progress.
Why I Share This
I get asked all the time if I actually use my own products. Yes. I do.
Because I made them for me first—and then shared them for others who want simple, practical systems that actually get used.
If you like the idea of:
Digital organization
Handwritten tracking
Less clutter
More clarity
You’d probably love using them the same way I do.
There's a photo of my trackers on my reMarkable 2 tablet at the top of this blog and below so you can see exactly how I use them in real life.
Because “real life” beats “perfect planning” every time.
